From Santa Monica / Beverly Hills / The Valley:
- 405 South to 90 Freeway West.
- Take 90 Freeway West until it ends at Culver Boulvard and go Left.
- Take Culver Boulevard to Nicholson and go Left.
- Take Nicholson until it forks and go left, which will put you on Pershing Drive.
- Take Pershing Drive to Manchester Boulevard and go Left.

From South Bay (Redondo, Hermosa, Manhattan Beach):
- 405 North to 105 East
- Take the Imperial Hwy exit or continue until freeway ends.
(Freeway ends at Imperial Hwy.) - Continue on Imperial to Pershing Drive, go Left
- Take Pershing to Manchester Boulevard, go Right
- Take Manchester to Falmouth, the building is on the left hand side.
